Starting January 16 and continuing through March 6, the Hourglass class will begin studying the life and work of Elijah. Although this prophet is one of the greatest figures in the Old Testament, he does not have a book carrying his name. Instead, he is mentioned throughout the Old and New Testament. We will combine all these references to Elijah in this study, so we can get a clearer picture of his actions, character, and influence on the whole of scripture.
